Fall Into Fitness Challenge
How It Works:
Entry Fee: $25 for Members to enter. $50 for Guests.
- Runs September 1–30
- Participants must attend at least 3 classes a week for 4 weeks
- Weekly themes around habits:
- Week 1: Show Up (building the schedule)
- Week 2: Fuel Up (basic nutrition tips)
- Week 3: Level Up (push goals, new combos, higher effort)
- Week 4: Lock In (planning ahead, staying consistent)
- Every week includes:
- Optional Bonus Challenge (daily movement, hydration, etc.)
- Group Check-in board at the gym
- Fall Prize Pack raffle entry for each week completed (shirt, wraps, supplements, gift cards)
