Fall Into Fitness Challenge


How It Works:

Entry Fee: $25 for Members to enter. $50 for Guests.

  • Runs September 1–30
  • Participants must attend at least 3 classes a week for 4 weeks
  • Weekly themes around habits:
    • Week 1: Show Up (building the schedule)
    • Week 2: Fuel Up (basic nutrition tips)
    • Week 3: Level Up (push goals, new combos, higher effort)
    • Week 4: Lock In (planning ahead, staying consistent)
  • Every week includes:
    • Optional Bonus Challenge (daily movement, hydration, etc.)
    • Group Check-in board at the gym
    • Fall Prize Pack raffle entry for each week completed (shirt, wraps, supplements, gift cards)
